Its been a while since the fulfilment has been completed.  and we begin working our way to get ProGrip into more people's hands.  ProGrip has been shipped to over 70 countries, and we have been receiving thousands of positive feedback.  We are blown away... without the backer's community, we wouldn't have made this product possible, especially during a pandemic!

There are a few of you who haven't filled out the Backerkit survey, and a few have incorrect addresses, our customer service team has been trying to reach out, please check your Kickstarter email inbox.

Mass Production (of course...)

I know this is the update that everyone has been waiting for, and Yes, this IS that update.  We are Shipping...

Mass Production has finally kicked in and started, little did we know how much more work had to be put in after the pilot run to make it to Mass Production.  We thought if we could successfully make hundreds in pilot run, it's just a repeat of what we have practiced in the pilot run in mass production.  Implementing all the changes that we wished to improve to make the product quality even better took us more time than expected.  Adding on top to that, our Mold and Plastic Injection Factory completed their facility move to a new location last few weeks (took them 40 trucks to move).  All in all added to the difficulty in making things on time.  Sorry for the delay on this update, but at last, we made it...

"It works exactly how I thought it would" - Backer Reviewers 

Last update we asked a few of you to test out our Pilot Run units... And in the last 2 weeks the reviews started rolling in...

Its been one of our most emotional moments. Every day when we come in to the office, we would all gather around Roxy's computer for a few minutes to watch a new unboxing video of the ProGrip... 

We learn ALOT, but the most important thing is,  EVERYONE LOVES IT!

We put together a short video summarizing all of our reviewer's efforts, thank you all...

Thank you to EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOU for making this happen. Working on this project for the past 2 years has been nothing but rewarding. Our dream came true as we saw the acknowledgment from our reviewers for the first time, and we are really looking forward to all of you receiving this beautiful product.  Thank you once again!

When will my ProGrip be delivered?

As our warehouse is working on the pick & pack of over 4000+ packages, here is what will happen:

• 1) Within the next week (Aug 23), you will receive an e-mail stating your shipment batch number and estimated shipping date. 
• 2) Each shipment batch will roughly take a week to fulfill, and once we have processed your package for fulfillment, you will received an email with a tracking code for your package.
• 3) You will receive shipment updates via our shipping portal with email notifications to monitor the shipping progress, and if any exceptions occur that needs more information from you, we will also be notified.

A note on shipment - logistic in COVID is in its worst shape of all time. We have made extensive preparation to make sure your experience in reward delivery is as simple and safe as possible.  If you have any questions, please reach out to us at [email protected] and we would be happy to help.

Please READ THIS Too

• 1) We are prepping the shipments as we speak.  A few of you have not completed the Backerkit Survey and/or Tax and Duty Acknowledgement Form*(for selected shipping locations only).  Please fill them in NOW and we will include you in the next earliest shipping slot available
• 2) We know it's a bummer that the color Putty was unable to meet manufacturer minimum order quality at this stage. We will keep everyone posted when we are pushing Putty color to Mass Production. At the meantime, you should have received communication from us on alternative color offerings. 

*The Tax and Duty Acknowledgement Form is only required for a few specific shipping regions. If your shipping location is included, you would've received an email from us containing this form a few weeks back.

Lastly

This is not the end... we will be planning some new projects for later this year, and I hope to see you on the other side.
